CTC Proposal to Orange County and the Town of Hillsborough <br />April 17, 2018 <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Basis of our Proposal <br />• The project scope consists of an estimated 28.0 route miles of new fiber to interconnect <br />19 facilities, and includes permitting support for up to two railroad crossings. <br />• CTC’s billing rates are inclusive of all expenses, including travel. <br />• CTC reserves the right to modify roles and responsibilities of personnel upon County <br />project management approval. <br />• Any optional or additional tasking will be authorized by mutual agreement of the County <br />and CTC and will be documented in conjunction with the Scope of Services by a written <br />change order. <br />• CTC can provide services for optional tasks and subtasks for an additional mutually agreed <br />to cost or on a time and materials basis at the following fully burdened hourly rates: <br /> <br /> <br />Labor Category Rate <br />Director of Engineering $161.88 <br />Director of Business Consulting $161.88 <br />Principal Engineer $152.63 <br />Telecommunications Engineer III $145.00 <br />Telecommunications Engineer II $130.00 <br />Telecommunications Engineer I $115.00 <br />Principal Analyst $165.00 <br />Analyst III $145.00 <br />Analyst II $130.00 <br />Analyst I $115.00 <br />Telecommunications Technician $95.00 <br />Engineer Aide II $70.00 <br />Engineer Aide I $60.00 <br />Senior Inspector $80.00 <br />Staff Inspector $70.00 <br /> <br />• County will provide an escort and/or obtain prior permission to enable CTC staff to <br />perform site surveys on municipal and/or private property, where required. <br />• CTC assumes that P.E. stamps and signatures are not required on any of the drawings. If <br />requested, CTC can provide P.E. review and stamps. <br />• CTC and County will develop a mutually agreed-upon list of industry standards that must <br />be met in the project. <br />• Delays to the program schedule by the County, Contractor, or CTC will be brought to the <br />attention of the County’s project manager. <br />27
