RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br />Endorse the space study in principle and advise staff of any changes that should he <br />made to the study, with particular attention to the recommended projects and the <br />respective timeframes; and <br />Direct staff to include a placeholder in the 2005-2015 GIP for FY 2005-2006 for debt <br />service related to land acquisition of a new County campus; and <br />Direct staff to include a placeholder in the 2005-2015 GIP for FY 2005-2006 planning <br />money to develop a master plan of a new County campus, <br />
