We will efficiently <br />manage the project, scheduling and attending regular status meetings involving all interested <br />parties and/or their agents. For each of these meetings, we will prepare and present project <br />status details, as well as provide meeting minutes and action items shortly after each meeting. <br />We will provide weekly project, budget, and labor status reports as well as any relevant timeline <br />updates.
