The motion carried without dissent. <br /> <br />Summary of March 15, 2017 meeting: Susan Elmore made a motion to approve the Summary; seconded by <br />Michelle Walker. The motion carried without dissent. <br /> <br />General Public Comments on items not on the agenda: None. <br /> <br />Animal Services Advisory Board: <br />(A) Reappointments: <br />1. Michelle Walker made a motion to support reappointment of Maureane Hoffman and Molly <br />Mullin to another term, and Susan Elmore to a term that coincides with her membership on <br />the Board of Health; Michael Stewart seconded. The motion carried without dissent. <br />2. At Large (Non-municipal) Candidate Diane Obeid was introduced. <br />(B) Boards and Commissions Discussion with Commissioners: Maureane Hoffman reported on the February <br />meeting with County boards. BOCC was positive about the ASAB’s collaborative efforts: Agricultural <br />Preservation Board, art project, Pets of the Homeless, and the Unified Animal Ordinance implementation. <br />(C) Wrapping up Revisions to ASAB Policies and Procedures: The revision of the revision has been resubmitted to <br />the board after returning from the County Attorney’s office. Michael Stewart made a motion to submit the <br />revision to the County Manager’s (maybe June) agenda for the BOCC’s approval; Michelle Walker seconded. <br />The motion carried without dissent. <br />Old Business: <br />(A) Public Art Project: A building Permit is needed for the footing/ base of the sculpture. Katie Murray will <br />discuss at next meeting. <br />(B) Update of the Pets of the Homeless Task Force: Judy Miller reported on the second meeting on March 31st. <br />It was well attended by stakeholders and new community members. They were able to create the “problem <br />definition” and to work with mapping categories, such as resources and target groups. There was an <br />excellent presenter from Fair Housing Project Legal Aid. Work groups will be formed at the next meeting on <br />June 25th. <br />New Business:
