She does pro bono work for and is on the <br />board of the Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF). <br />(B) Potentially Dangerous Dog Appeal Hearing <br />• The panel heard one appeal and reversed the designation after finding that the elements of a <br />dog’s approach in (1) a vicious or terrorizing manner and (2) an apparent attitude of attack were <br />not met. <br /> <br />Old Business <br />(A) Cat Task Force <br />• Future action was discussed, on how to continue to implement the program. Bob Marotto <br />shared the Task Force’s preliminary report with staff, and staff comments will be shared <br />with the Task Force <br />(B) Unified Animal Ordinance Update <br />• Bob Marotto gave an update on its status and explained its path forward in the future. <br />(C) Resolution supporting Kids4Kindness School Program <br />• No update. <br /> <br />New Business <br />(A) Veterinary Health Care Services: Josh Fisher <br />• Josh Fisher gave a presentation highlighting OCAS’ Veterinary Health Care program, including an <br />overview of services provided, a summary of annual rabies clinics, partnerships with local
