Timetable: CI IICLE proposes the following schedule for this project. Month l: • Final discussions with Orange County staff responsible for the project • Meeting/conversations with consultant • Preliminary development of all instruments defined above Month 2: • Review of preliminary instruments • Review by consultant • Final design of instruments iVionth 3: • Scoring procedures developed and tested • Final review by Orange County Month =~: • Training of assessors • Observation of assessors by CHICLE • Modifications if necessary • Development of recommendations for individual advancement (to include low/no cost options) iVlonth 5: • Full implementation of project • First follow-up meeting • Development and implementation of interpreter training • Modifications if necessary Quarterly thereafter: • Follow-up meeting • Modificatons if necessary Annually • Review and recertification of assessors (As hrrnover is to be expected among staff, ik may also be necessary to do additional training, for which CHICLE will bill Orange County at an agreed upon hourly rate.) 4
