Article 5: Uses <br />Section 5.5: Standards for Residential Uses <br />(m) Streets intersecting with a State maintained street shall conform to the <br />standards of the North Carolina Department of Transportation specified <br />in Subdivision Roads Minimum Construction Standards. <br />(n) Required off street parking spaces must be surfaced with at least four <br />inches of compacted crushed stone or an all weather paved surface. <br />(6) Signs <br />(a) Any sign erected on -site shall comply with the standards established in <br />Section 6.12 of this Ordinance. <br />(b) Traffic control signs (stop, yield, speed limit, children playing signs, etc.) <br />meeting the standards of the Uniform Traffic Control Manual shall be <br />placed throughout the mobile home park where necessary.
