RES- 2018 -033 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />THE ORANGE COUNTY HOME <br />COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (CHDO) <br />SET -ASIDE AWARD <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the Orange County Board of Commissioners, as a member of the Orange <br />County HOME Consortium, approves the following CHDO Set -Aside activity as it relates to the <br />remaining FY 2016 project funds and FY 2013 operating funds: <br />Homeownership Assistance <br />Funds will be allocated to the Community Home Trust (CHT) to provide first -time homebuyer <br />financial assistance for up to five (5) homebuyers earning less than 80% of the Area Median <br />Income.
