7 <br /> <br />Travis Myren said it is on the tax bill, but the County does not provide separate notice of <br />these types of tax increases. <br />Commissioner McKee said there are no protocols in place, and there is probably a <br />limited awareness, because there is no direct communication; and whether there should be is <br />open for discussion. Public Comment <br />Bill Whitmore said he is a resident of downtown Hillsborough, and is here on behalf of <br />the Hillsborough Arts Council. He said the Council would like to request full approval of its <br />funding request, specifically for organizational development and community outreach.
