9 <br />3,'15 Publish legally required public notices of formal public <br />meetings related to the Project, if any. <br />3,16 Bear all costs incident to compliance with the <br />requirements of this Article III. <br />3.17 Compensate the CONSULTANT for services rendered under <br />this Agreement in accordance with Article V, Article vI and <br />Appendix I, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />ARTICLE IV - PERIOD OF SERVICES <br />4.1 The period of performance of Basis Services hereunder <br />shall be set forth in the Timetable of Basic Services stated <br />in Appendix I. <br />4,Z Neither party shall hold the other party responsible for <br />damages or delay in performance caused by acts of God, <br />strikes, lockouts, accidents, or' other events beyond the <br />control of the other or the other's employees, agents or <br />subcontractors, <br />ARTICLE V - CIiANGE ORDERS <br />5.1 CONSULTANT is responsible for the professional quality, <br />technical accuracy and timely completion and submission of all <br />deliverables and services related to Basic Services or <br />Optional Required that may be required to be provided under <br />this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall, without additional <br />compensation, correct or revise any errors, omissions, or <br />other deficiencies in its deliverables and other services, The <br />approval of deliverables furnished under this contract shall <br />not in any way relieve the CONSULTANT of responsibility for <br />the technical adequacy of its work. The review, approval, <br />acceptance or payment for any of the services shall not be <br />construed as a waiver of any rights that the CLIENT may have <br />arising out of the CONSULTANT'S performance of this Agreement, <br />5.2 CLIENT recognizes and expects that certain Change Orders <br />may be required to be issued as the result in whole or in part <br />of imprecision, incompleteness, errors, omissions, <br />ambiguities, or inconsistencies in the Drawings, <br />Specifications, and other documentation furnished by <br />CONSULTANT or in the other professional services related to <br />Basic Services or Optional Services that may be performed or <br />furnished by CONSULTANT under this Agreement (the "Covered <br />Change Orders").
