13 <br />or claim expenses arising out of this Agreement from any <br />cause or causes shall be the sum of $50,000, or the total <br />amounts payable to CONSULTANT for Basic Services and Optional <br />Services under this Agreement, whichever is greater. Such <br />causes include but are not limited to the CONSULTANT'S <br />negligent acts, errors or omissions, strict liability, breach <br />of contract or breach of warranty (expressed or implied), <br />7.8 Professional Practices.
