22 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the North Cazolina Association of County <br />Commissioners supports the State Aid to Public Librazies program, its rules, and an <br />increase from $14.7 million to $19.4 million, an increase of $4.7 million, to meet the <br />growing educational, literacy and quality of life needs for the citizens of North Cazolina. <br />
