M111 <br />FFY 2015 -2019 Five Year Consolidated Plan Orange County HOME Consortium, NC <br />The County maintains a mailing list for the CDBG and HOME programs, and copies of all public <br />hearing notices and a survey concerning the program were mailed to all the agencies and <br />individuals on the list. <br />A "Draft Plan" was placed on display on the County's website at http: / /www.co_ orange nc us, on <br />the Town of Chapel Hill's website at http : / /www.ci.chapel -hill nc.us, on the Town of <br />Hillsborough's website at http: / /www.ci,hillsborough.nc us, and on the Town of Carrboro's <br />website at http : / /www.ci carrboro nc.us. Blvd <br />Chapel Hill, NC 27514 <br />Additionally, the County developed and disseminated an online resident's survey that is located <br />at httPs://www.surveymonkey,com/s/orangecountync <br />The County developed the Consolidated Plan based on the input received from the public and <br />stakeholders through interviews, public hearings, draft plan review comments, and the resident's <br />survey. <br />5. Summary of public comments <br />Orange County held its First Public Hearing on March 3, 2015 at 7:00pm.
