DRAFT <br />It is expected that County management and Home Depot store management will maintain, as <br />necessary, ongoing avenues of communication with regard to utilization of the recycling center <br />and store operations. County staff will be responsive to issues raised by Home Depot and move <br />as quickly and effectively as possible to resolve problems. <br />Should problems arise that are likely to be resolved or substantially improved only with the <br />installation of a fence along the border between the Home Depot parcel and the recycling center <br />parcel, the County will install such a fence at County expense. <br />The memorandum of understanding will become effective upon initiation of recycling collection <br />services at the Hampton Point recycling center by the County, <br />Orange County <br />Date <br />EIome Depot <br />Date <br />5 <br />
