Install galvanized <br />hinges and a locking hasp, <br />2, Install a wood, six panel, basement access door mounted <br />on a pressure treated 2x8 frame, a 2x6 pressure treated sill <br />and aluminum threshold. Cut the door to fit the opening. <br />Prime the top and bottom of the door with an oil based <br />primer, Install a keyed lockset. <br />3, Repair the brickwork at the right rear access door. <br />4, Remove all debris, <br />5.
