Approval of Minutes 27 <br /> 28 <br />The OUTBoard minutes will be approved at the July meeting. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br />IV. Election of Officers 32 <br /> 33 <br />Sam Lasris moved to nominate Nancy Baker to a second term as Chair and Randy Marshall to a second term as Vice-chair. 34 <br />The motions were seconded by Jeff Charles and Renee Price moved to close the nominations. The OUTBoard approved the 35 <br />motion unanimously. 36 <br /> 37 <br /> 38 <br />V. Timeline/schedule for reviewing/recommending amendments to sections of the UDO regarding 39 <br />transportation issues 40 41 <br />Karen Lincoln advised the OUTBoard of the RADAR form that will be used to recommend ordinances, and reviewed the form 42 <br />with the Board. Karen noted she was told that the form should be used when putting forward recommendations for UDO 43 <br />amendments to the Planning board. Karen noted that she had started with off street parking as the OUTBoard had expressed 44 <br />interest in reviewing and proposing changes to parking standards. She noted the Board should develop proposed UDO 45 <br />amendments to recommend in time to include those in the annual advisory board review and goal setting report to the Board 46 <br />of Commissioners due toward the end of the end of the year. The Board will need direction from the BOCC to propose UDO 47 <br />amendments to the Planning Board. 48 <br /> 49 <br />The OUTBoard requested that planning staff come to the next meeting to answer questions on the UDO. The OUTBoard 50 <br />reviewed the parking section of the UDO and came up with the following questions/concerns/comments for planning staff. 51 <br /> 52 <br />What is the flexibility of standards? 53 <br /> 54 <br />• Is there a table of parking places per use or other ways to determine amount of parking needed 55
