Approved 3/16/11 <br />2 <br />noted the OUTBoard’s draft comments based on those submitted in previous years with language added to reflect 56 <br />the OUTBoard’s comments regarding the Orange Grove Road pedestrian bridge and timing/ coordination between 57 <br />repaving Old Greensboro Road and replacing the bridge over Phil’s Creek. 58 <br /> 59 <br />Paul Guthrie noted that the language regarding Orange Grove Road pedestrian bridge comments in the first 60 <br />paragraph should be stronger to point out the problem between the sidewalk and the bridge. 61 <br /> 62 <br />Karen Lincoln added that the project description needs to be revised to include the sidewalks needed, etc. 63 <br /> 64 <br />Dan Barker asked Karen if the Board should be adding information that was just heard from the presentation to the 65 <br />comments. 66 <br /> 67 <br />Karen Lincoln advised that when the Board starts the next priority projects that will be needed.
