Election of Officers 32 <br /> 33 <br />The Board discussed the election of officers but due to a lack of quorum did not vote. 34 <br /> 35 <br />V. Orange County Unified Development Ordinance 36 37 <br />Karen Lincoln gave the members a revised schedule for the UDO development. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mila Vega gave a PowerPoint presentation on parking and gave the OUTBoard comprehensive information on the 40 <br />subject. 41 <br /> 42 <br />The Board would like to look at the parking plans for the proposed train station and they would also like to see the 43 <br />site plan for the hospital including a location for the pedestrian promenade for education purposes. The Board would 44 <br />also like to see the Small Area Plans for the Economic Development Districts. 45 <br /> 46 <br /> 47 <br />VI. Board Membership/Rules of Procedure 48 49 <br />The members discussed the possibility of replacing non-attending members. 50 <br /> 51 <br />Alice Gordon updated the Board on the decision of the Board of County Commissioners to keep the OUTBoard. She 52 <br />advised the members that the Commissioners choose to have the Transportation Services Board (TSB) continue as 53 <br />a staff board that will meet as needed and will bring recommendations to the OUTBoard. Alice also noted that now 54 <br />that the BOCC has determined to keep the OUTBoard the appointment process can go forward. 55
