Property Value Changes <br />The Board «~~ill consider approving value changes made in property values after the 2004 Board of <br />Equalization and Review has adjourned. <br />g. Cost Allocation Plan Contract <br />The Board «Till consider approving a contract with h~IAXIMUS, Inc. for the preparation of Orange County's <br />Cost Allocation Plan, subject to final review by staff and the County Attorney, and authorize the Chair to <br />sign. <br />h. Housing Rehabilitation Contract Award <br />The Board will consider awarding t«-~o housing rehabilitation contracts for the HOME Program Housing <br />Rehabilitation Program and one contract for the CDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Program. <br />i. Change vi BOCC Regular 11~eetvig Schedule <br />The Board will consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar for the Y"ear <br />2005 by changing the date of the Clerk's annual evaluation from May 31, 2005 to June 2, 2005. <br />j. Hampton Pointe Recycling Site <br />The Board will consider endorsing plans to develop a permanent recycling drop-off site at the Hampton <br />Pointe shopping center in Hillsborough and to authorize staff to develop a memorandum of understanding <br />with Hampton Pointe/Home Depot regarding responsibilities for operation, maintenance, and related issues <br />for the recycling center and authorize the Manager and staff to enter into a memorandum of understanding <br />with the appropriate parties. <br />k.
