The Contractor Shall undertake and complete the nonUrbanized area public <br />transportation services in accordance with the procedures and guidelines set forth in <br />the following docurnents: <br />(1) Federal Transit Administration (hereinafter referred to as "FTA") <br />Circular 9040. IF, dated April 1, 2007 at: <br />(www.fta.dot.gov/laws/leg2eg_circulars_guidance,html); <br />(2) FT A Master Agreement, FTC MA (21), October 1, 2014 <br />at (wwwww.fta.dot.gov /documents /16- Iaster.pd ) „ <br />(3) The State Management Plan for Federal and State Transportation <br />Programs (hereinafter referred to as "'St�ate Management Pian");and <br />(4) The Section 5311 grant application for financial assistance. <br />The aforementioned docurnents, and, any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, are herewith <br />incorporated by reference, and are on file with and approved by the Department in accordance w th the <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement, Nothing shall be construed under the terms of this Agreement <br />by the Department or the Contractor that shall cause any conflict with Department, State, or Federal <br />statutes, rules, or regulations. <br />Section 3: Cost of The total cost of the Project approved by the Department <br />is THREE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS ($399,,0161) as set forth in <br />the Project Description and Budget, incorporated into this Agreement as Attachment A. The <br />Department shall provide, from Federal and State funds, the percentages of the actual net cost of the <br />Project as indicated below, not in excess of the identified announts for eligible administrative, operating, <br />and capital expenses. The Contractor hereby agrees that it will provide the percentages of the actual <br />net cost of the Project, as indicated below, and any amounts in excess of the Department's maximum <br />(Federal PIUS State shares).
