These services consist of the following: <br />1. Analyze historic detention data provided by the County in five -year <br />increments. <br />2. Project County jail population growth trends in five -year increments <br />through the year 2043 (25 -year projection) to validate the existing study <br />findings. <br />3. Translate growth trends into jail space needs (number and types of beds <br />needed). <br />4. Prepare and present a report of findings. <br />Compensation shall be the lump sum of Six Thousand, Six Hundred Fifty and <br />00/100 Dollars ($6,650.00). <br />Except as to provisions of this proposal, all terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement between Owner and Architect remain in full force and effect. <br />If this Additional Services Proposal is acceptable, please indicate your acceptance <br />of, and agreement to its terms and your authorization to proceed by signing below <br />and returning one fully executed original for our files. <br />Designing solutions.
