DocuSign Envelope ID: 378AF88F- OC7F- 43D2- BB6E- 43FBFE3C2605 <br />Exhibit A <br />Scope of Services for <br />2018 K Ready camp enrichment program <br />forthe <br />Family Success Alliance <br />Purpose: Support resources for Carrboro Arts Center to provide an arts enrichment program for <br />60 students in the zone 6 Family Success Alliance (FSA) Ready for K camp located at Frank <br />Porter Graham (FPG) elementary school. <br />Budget: $11,400 <br />• Funds will be used to pay Arts Center Teaching Artists to lead arts programming with a <br />small amount budgeted for art supplies. <br />Program Services: <br />• Meet with CHCCS staff and FSA staff in May -June 2018 to review and revise program <br />logistics, curriculum and evaluation. <br />• Camp instructors will attend a program orientation with CHCCS camp staff in June 2018 <br />prior to the start of camp. Lead supervisor will attend camp parent orientation in June <br />2018. <br />• Identify and prepare staff to provide a four week, % day arts - focused enrichment <br />curriculum to 60 rising kindergarten students to be held from July 9- August 2, 2018. <br />• Lead supervisor will coordinate with school staff to ensure seamless transisitions <br />between morning academics led by CHCCS staff, afternoon arts programming and end <br />of day dismissal. Arts Center and school camp staff will meet prior to the start of the <br />program to support this coordination. <br />• Maintain a 1:10 staff -to -child ratio and include at least one lead teacher supervisor at <br />the site. <br />Outcomes <br />• Students will experience art as a form of personal expression. <br />• Students will engage in a variety of artistic expression including visual arts, movement, <br />use of color and art as a process not a product. <br />• Students will have an opportunity to share and celebrate their work. <br />Tax ID: 51-0198497 <br />1 <br />
