Resolutions of Approval – Conservation Easements on Two Eno River <br />Association Properties and Approval of Budget Amendment #8-C <br />The Board considered voting to approve resolutions to approve the acceptance of <br />conservation easements from the Eno River Association for two conservation properties that <br />the Board agreed to help fund in June 2017, approve Budget Amendment #8-C, and authorizing <br />the Chair to sign <br /> <br />Commissioner Jacobs said he wanted to point out that 79 more acres are being added <br />in Orange County to be protected. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br />approve resolutions to approve the acceptance of conservation easements from the Eno River <br />Association for two conservation properties that the Board agreed to help fund in June 2017, <br />approve Budget Amendment #8-C, and authorize the Chair to sign. <br /> <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> <br />d.
