13 <br /> <br />How many local input points will be allocated to Orange County’s third ranked project will not be <br />known until all member counties submit their prioritized rankings to TARPO staff and they are <br />scored through its internal methodology for assignment. It is possible that Orange County’s <br />third ranked project may receive less than the maximum amount of local input points. <br /> <br />Additional Background Information on SPOT 5.0 - The preliminary results of Orange County <br />prioritized transportation projects are presented in Attachment 2.
