Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />Dear Chair Dorosin: <br />The Orange County Advisory Board on Aging requests that Mr. James Harris, Ms. Alicia Nelson, and <br />Mr. Michael Zuber be considered for appointment to the Advisory Board on Aging. <br />Mr. Harris is the retired director of Economic and Community Development for the Town of <br />Carrboro and is a member of the Friends of the Passmore Senior Center board. He could be <br />appointed to the at -large position currently held by Lorenzo Mejia who completes his second term <br />in June. <br />Ms. Nelson has worked in a long term care facility and is currently employed with the Department <br />of Social Services. If appointed she will fill the at -large position that Winston Liao has occupied <br />since 2014. Mr. Liao is not interested in serving a second full term. <br />Mr. Zuber is a member of the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee.
