Resolutions of Approval – Conservation Easements on Two Eno River 33 <br />Association Properties and Approval of Budget Amendment #8-C 34 <br />The Board considered voting to approve resolutions to approve the acceptance of 35 <br />conservation easements from the Eno River Association for two conservation properties that 36 <br />the Board agreed to help fund in June 2017, approve Budget Amendment #8-C, and authorizing 37 <br />the Chair to sign 38 <br /> 39 <br />Commissioner Jacobs said he wanted to point out that 79 more acres are being added 40 <br />in Orange County to be protected. 41 <br /> 42 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Price to 43 <br />approve resolutions to approve the acceptance of conservation easements from the Eno River 44 <br />Association for two conservation properties that the Board agreed to help fund in June 2017, 45 <br />approve Budget Amendment #8-C, and authorize the Chair to sign. 46 <br /> 47 <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS 48 <br /> 49 <br />d.
