Need <br />education on that possibility <br />➢ Ticks! <br />➢ Many deer — along the back streams, in the meadow (15 deer + / -, and will <br />multiply) <br />➢ Snakes around pond — poisonous <br />➢ Powerline - electro- magnetics issues? Evidence to date inconclusive <br />➢ Preserve & use existing buildings <br />➢ Preserve as much of site as possible. <br />➢ Grateful site was purchased <br />➢ Preserve buildings — but what will be the use? <br />➢ Enough land for schools <br />➢ Quiet picnic area around pond <br />➢ Mixed uses /timing of inftrastructure important <br />➢ Existing buildings & barn have enormous recreation potential — beautiful <br />➢ Site was more varied than expected— gorgeous. <br />➢ Inside of house very nice. Beautiful view pond. <br />
