The Work Group would then discuss the draft master list, adding any other <br />potential facilities that are desired to be discussed or considered for the <br />subcommittees use. <br />3. At conclusion of the master list discussion, the transcribed list will be <br />posted on the meeting room wall. <br />4. Each member will be given 10-15 adhesive "dots" and asked to register <br />Y <br />preferences by "voting" on the individual concepts by placing a dot next to <br />the items you feel are the 10-15 most important for future discussion. <br />5. The result of this will be a refined Master List #2, which will be transcribed <br />and brought to the March 13 meeting.
