They are also considering <br />pursuing National Register and /or Local Landmark designation for the site. Please skim through <br />the survey file information on this property and be prepared to discuss 1) if you think the site is <br />eligible for the local landmark program and 2) what types of changes could be made without <br />destroying historic character. <br />I have also included the sample oral history questions we have prepared for the 250th event. <br />Let's try to rework them a little to extract more information from the interviewee on local <br />buildings. I've included a brief extract from one of our interviews at the 250th Oral History <br />Corner. Skim through and try to see where we could have asked more direct questions about <br />his house —for use in the manuscript and driving tour brochures. <br />I'll try to update you on other matters at the meeting.
