Interpretations and Revisions: <br />These regulations are pursuant to the Water and Sewer Reimburse- <br />ment Policy adopted by the orange Water and Sewer Authority's <br />Board Of Directors, which policy is hereby incorporated by refer- <br />ence as a part hereof. <br />Implementation and interpretation of the Water and Sewer Reim- <br />bursement Policy is the responsibility of the Executive Director <br />or his designee. The Executive Director is authorized to imple- <br />ment the policy and establish and implement the regulations for <br />water and sewer reimbursements. Such regulations are to be <br />uniformly and equitably implemented but deviations from the <br />regulations may be approved by the Executive Director for unusual <br />technical situations. <br />H. Ap~eals• <br />Appeal of decisions or interpretations of the Executive Director <br />regarding the implementation of the Water and Sewer Reimbursement <br />Policy may be made in writing to the Board of Directors of the <br />Orange Water and Sewer Authority.
