Continue to focus on farm easements in the Cane Creek, <br />University Lake, Back Creek and Upper Eno watersheds <br />2. Where possible, attempt to build a critical mass of contiguous <br />farm easements in these watersheds <br />3. Partner with OWASA, Soil and Water District, and Eno River <br />Association where possible <br />4. As opportunities arise, consider Clean Water Management <br />Trust Fund grants to augment County dollars. <br />S. Pursue Farmland Preservation Trust Fund grants, whether for <br />transaction costs or easements, as funds are available <br />6. Use the new Agricultural Priority Area formula to evaluate <br />potential easement acquisitions <br />7.
