Conflict with other Ordinances and Statutes <br />Whenever the provisions of this ordinance conflict with other ordinances of <br />Guilford County, this ordinance shall govern to the extent allowed by law. <br />Whenever the provisions of any federal or state statute require more <br />restrictive provisions than are required by this ordinance, the provisions of <br />such statute shall govern. <br />C.
