New England <br />LAND -LINK <br />A comprehensive, regional farm transfer program <br />sponsored by the New England Small Farm Institute <br />Post Office Bog 608, Belchertovin, MA 01007 (413) 323 -4531 <br />FARM PROPERTY APPLICATION: looking for II APPLICATION: land I DATABASE land owner /manager <br />TO F. <br />ABOUT NEW ENGLAND LAND -LINK: <br />New England LAND -LII�'K (NEIL) helps farmers and landholders locate and transfer farms throughout <br />the six New England states. <br />Farm transfer means passing a farm, farmland, and /or farm business from one party to <br />another. Transfers happen within families or between unrelated parties. <br />Transfer options include sale, rental, lease, "work -in ", and other tenure relationships: <br />Since 1994, NELL has helped hundreds of entering, exiting and relocating farmers, and non- farm?ng owners <br />and managers of valuable agricultural land. Program staff work and link with technical assistance providers <br />in each New England state to provide customized support services and information.
