Funds are distributed for <br />arts programming in all disciplines. Each grant recipient must match the grant amount with local <br />dollars in order to receive funding. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Orange County included money for this purpose in the current fiscal year <br />budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board acknowledge the local <br />recipients of the awards during the February 15, 2005 meeting with the presentation of checks <br />by the Board Chair. <br />
