A statement and list of six recommended tools, drafted by Elizabeth Walters and <br />discussed by the APB at its November and December meetings. This statement was <br />submitted to the CPLUC at its January 9, 2003 meeting. <br />2. Handwritten comments prepared by Marty Mandell and brought before the APB at its <br />January 15, 2003 meeting to expand the scope of tool #6. <br />3. A statement titled, "Orange County Government: 2002," prepared by Marty Mandell and <br />submitted to the CPLUC on November 20, 2002. <br />4. "Addressing Orange County's Growth Management Challenges." A concise analysis, of <br />the growth management tools, which the CPLUC has focused on during its last few <br />meetings. This summary, prepared by Planning Staff was included in the CPLUC's <br />packet for its January 9th meeting. <br />5. The several -page Growth Management Tools" matrix, prepared by Planning Staff for the <br />CPLUC to help explain the 64 different tools. <br />
