COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />ENVIRONMENT AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT <br />MEMORANDUM <br />To: Agricultural Preservation Board <br />From: David Stancil, ERC Director <br />Date: August 11, 2004 <br />Re: August 18th Meeting <br />Please find attached the agenda for our next meeting scheduled for: <br />At this meeting we will consider the Walter's application to enlarge their existing <br />Voluntary Agricultural District with an additional 173 -acre tract, and review a <br />resolution to forward to the BOCC asking area water /sewer providers to adhere <br />to VFPPO provisions exempting VAD's from water /sewer assessments, please <br />read through the proposed resolution and come prepared to any comments or <br />revisions.
