4 <br />4 Provide enhanced amrexation notification procedures when the city amiexes <br />into Orange County. <br />2) B. The objectives of this cooperation are to: <br />1. Seek compatible uses of land and natural resources; <br />2. Achieve a smooth transition between areas of development within each <br />,jurisdiction; <br />3. Provide arr appropriate entryway into each,jurisdiction from the other; and <br />4.
