She is a very enthusiastic and <br />active member of the committee. She makes all assigned nursing home site visits, is consistent- <br />ly advocating for residents when meeting with Nursing Home Administrators, and emphasizes <br />quality of life issues. She prepares reports, and has attended all meetings since her appoint- <br />ment (please see attached attendance record). She is a very valued member of our committee. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you need additional information to move this recommendation forward. <br />8
