Grazing 19 <br />would not be allowed within a 100-foot wide stream buffer and must comply with a 20 <br />current Conservation Plan. 21 <br />o Rationale: Allows for sustainable management of the Arboretum, 22 <br />decreasing the need for herbicides. 23 <br /> 24 <br />• Trees may be removed, cut and otherwise managed to restore forest composition and 25 <br />structure, to control insects and disease, to prevent personal injury and property 26 <br />damage, or to salvage wind-thrown timber.
