The Roof Asset Management Plan was updated in FY 2016-17. 27 <br />Building envelope/facade systems include exterior walls, cladding, windows, doors, 28 <br />foundations and associated components. The purpose of this project is to provide resources 29 <br />for systematic operation and identification of any remedial action that may be needed in order 30 <br />to cost-effectively maximize the useful life of the building envelopes of County facilities. Any 31 <br />needed remedial activity would be listed and prioritized via a building envelope/façade study 32 <br />initially being requested in FY2018-19. FY 2018-19 funding includes the comprehensive facility 33 <br />facade study as well as needed attention at the Central Recreation Building, AMS North Motor 34 <br />Pool Facility, and the John Link Jr. Government Services Center.
