31 <br />FFY 2.018 Annual Action Plan <br />Orange County HOME Consortium <br />The greatest needs for Orange County HOME Consortium are housing rehabilitation, <br />homeownership assistance, and Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA). To meet these needs, <br />the Consortium funded the following projects: <br />• Habitat for Humanity - Second Mortgage Assistance: $60,000.00 <br />• Community Home Trust - Homeownership Assistance: $60,000.00 <br />• EmPOWERment, Inc. - Acquisition: $145,000.00 <br />• Inter -Faith Council for Social Services - TBRA: $25,000.00 <br />• Orange County - Housing Rehabilitation: $49,211.00 <br />The FFY 2018 Annual Action Plan was on public display beginning Thursday, March 29, 2018 <br />through Friday, April 27, 2018, a period of 30 days, at the following location in the County and <br />on the County's website (http: / /www.co.orange.nc.us): -> <br />• Orange County Housing and Community Development Department, 300 W.
