FFY 2018 Annual Action Plan <br />Orange County HOME Consortium <br />and ideas on the housing, community development, and economic development needs in <br />Orange County and how the HOME funds should best be spent to benefit low- and moderate - <br />income persons. <br />The second needs hearing was held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Whitted <br />Building, 300 W Tryon Street, Hillsborough, NC 27278. The second needs hearing was published <br />on March 13, 2018 in "The Durham Herald -Sun" and on March 14, 2018 in "The Chapel Hill <br />News ". It was posted on the County's website and emails were sent to local municipalities and <br />non - profit agencies /organizations. At the public hearing, residents had the opportunity to give <br />their input and ideas on the housing, community development, and economic development <br />needs in Orange County and how the HOME funds should best be spent to benefit low- and <br />moderate - income persons. <br />The Orange County Department of Housing and Comm Development held a Funding <br />Application Orientation Workshop on Tuesday, Novem!,N 017 at 9:00 am in the Chapel Hill <br />Public Library located at 100 Library Drive, Chapel C 2 The Orange County HOME <br />Consortium also held two (2) Question and Answe s on app ions for HOME funding on <br />Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 9:00 am and T ay, J ary 9, 201 at 9:00 am in the Chapel <br />Hill Public Library located at 100 Library Drive, Hill, NC 27514.
