<br />The Board will consider adoption of a refund resolution related to 105 requests for motor vehicle property <br />tax releases or refunds in accordance to North Carolina General Statutes. <br />e. Advertisement of Tax Liens on Real Property <br />The Board will consider a report on the amount of unpaid taxes for the current year that are liens on real <br />property as required by North Carolina General Statute 105-369 and to request that March 16, 2005 be set by <br />the Board as the date for the tax lien advertisement. <br />f. Change ni BOCC Regular Meetvig Schedule <br />The Board will consider two changes in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar for the year <br />2005, swapping the locations for the May 31 and June 2 Budget Public Hearings. <br />g. BOCC Contribution for the Orange County Jazz Festival <br />The Board will receive information so that it may consider providing financial assistance of $5,000 from the <br />Commissioners' Contingency for the second annual "Cool Jazz" Festival held at River Park in Hillsborough. <br />h. Budget Amendment #8 <br />The Board will consider approving budget, grant project, and capital project ordinance amendments for <br />fiscal year 2004-05. <br />i. A Resolution Establishing the Intent of Durham t~aunty, Durham City, and Orange County To <br />Cooperate With Regard To Plannng Issues in Certain Defused Areas <br />The Board will consider a Resolution Establishing the Intent of Durham County, Durham City, and Orange <br />County to Cooperate with Regard to Planning Issues in Certain Defined Areas. <br />j. Approval of Permanent Full-Time Parks C"onservation Technician Position <br />The Board will consider approval of a permanent full time Parks Conservation Teclulician position in the <br />Recreation and Parks Department, effective March 1, 2005, and authorization of County funding of $16,547 <br />for the position using monies set-aside in the BOCC approved budget for 2004-05. <br />The Board will consider providing notice <br />items for inclusion in Orange County's le <br />Assembly. <br />to hold a public hearing on March 1, 2005 on potential <br />nda package for the 2005 No1-th Carolina General <br />b. Orange County Arts Grant Recipients <br />The Board will present checks to local artists and arts <br />wing Orange County _~lrts Grants. <br />b. OtVASA Presentation on its 11~Iitigation Lands and Utility Extension Reimbursement Policy <br />The Board will be provided information and an opportunity for discussion on issues -use of Orange Water <br />and Sewer Authority (OWASA) wildlife mitigation lands and OWASA utility extension reimbursement <br />policy -raised by the Board by means of a letter from the Chair to Ot~jASA and provide feedback to staff. <br />8.
