I currently work with individuals with disabilities in their own <br />apartments and am very aware of the intersecting issues that impact housing access. In my <br />current position, I work with adults who are already housed and have the means to maintain their <br />housing. <br />Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br />Orange County is a thriving area, but I know that accessing housing is a hurdle. I would like to <br />have the exposure to local context to help be more involved and steer the direction of housing <br />access in our community. <br />Conflict of Interest: <br />I work for a non-profit that indirectly supports people in finding housing to live more <br />independently. <br />18
