Friday November 11, 2016 and no applications will be accepted after this date. An incomplete <br />application will not be reviewed. The documents identified in the Application Submission <br />Checklist must be submitted as attachments in the Drop Box within Partner Connect. Note that <br />documents with original signatures must be scanned for electronic submittal (ensure that seal is <br />visible for documents with seals) and some forms /other documents must be saved and attached <br />in their original form (Microsoft Word /Excel), as indicated in the Application Submission <br />Checklist. <br />All documents are to be uploaded as "Miscellaneous" in the Drop Box and must use <br />the following naming convention: SystemName.FY.DocumentName; i.e. <br />" CarolinaCounty .FY2018.TitleVIReport ". Mobility Development Specialists will <br />review uploaded documents and attach them to the appropriate budget forms as <br />necessary. Refer to item "R" in the application package for Drop Box document <br />uploading instructions. <br />35 <br />
