The table of contents for Section 1, <br />shown below, was approved by consensus. <br />Section 1 - The OUTBoard: Introduction and Governing Documents <br />• Introduction to the OUTBoard <br />• OUTBoard Members (link to Roster) <br />• Transit Advisory Services (TAS) role <br />• OUTBoard's Role in Transportation Planning Processes and Requirements <br />• Orange County Advisory Board Policy (link) <br />• OUTBoard Rules and Procedures (Purpose, Charge, Membership Criteria, Meeting <br />Schedule, Subcommittees, etc.) (link) <br />Orientation information for Section 1 is provided in Attachments 1 -6. <br />Format <br />As discussed at the March 21 meeting, the orientation materials will be available online, on <br />the Transportation section of the Planning Department's web page. The materials will be <br />included in a large pdf file, with sub -files bookmarked as separate pdfs. Links will also be <br />provided within the pdf sections to materials that are already provided elsewhere and /or <br />regularly updated by other agencies, such as NCDOT and the MPOs /RPO.
