FINANCIAL IMPACT: Consideration and approval will not create the need for additional funding <br />for the provision of County services. Existing staff, included in the Departmental staffing budget, <br />will accomplish the work required to process this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Planning Director recommends the Planning Board: <br />1.Review the proposed amendmentsto the UDO; <br />2.Deliberate on the proposal as desired; <br />3.Consider the Planning Director’s recommendation(s); and <br />4.Make a recommendation to the BOCC on: <br />a. The Statement of Consistency for proposed UDO Text Amendment(s) (Attachment <br />2), and <br />b.Proposed UDO Text Amendment(s) (Attachment 3). <br />in time for the June 5, 2018Public Hearing. <br />38
