PLANNING DIRECTOR/COUNTY ATTORNEY RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Director <br />and County Attorney recommend approval of the Statement of Consistency, as contained in <br />Attachment 2, and the Text Amendment, as contained within Attachment 3. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Planning Director recommends the Planning Board: <br />1.Review the proposed amendmentsto the UDO, <br />2.Deliberate on the proposal as desired, <br />3.Consider the Planning Director’s and County’s Attorney recommendation(s), and <br />4.Make a recommendation to the BOCC on: <br />a.
