It would meet periodically in 2005 and beyond to provide oversight <br />recommendations and serve as a sounding board for concepts and draft chapters. The <br />Oversight Committee is envisioned to have a subcommittee for each chapter to be <br />created. Thus, the Oversight Committee in full might only meet 2 -3 times per year, with <br />the subcommittees working on individual chapters meeting more frequently during the <br />development stage of the chapter in question. <br />
