A daycare facility of this size would be expected to generate approximately 250 daily trips with <br />approximately 20 ingress and 20 egress trips in each of the AM and PM peak periods. The existing accesses and road network <br />are expected to adequately accommodate these volumes. Since property use and site configuration are not substantially <br />modified and no new accesses are proposed, issuance of a new NCDOT driveway permit is not required.
